What did Abraham Lincoln say about leadership?

You can tell a leader for their high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy for others. No leader is born a leader. Unlike other presidents that were generals or governors, Lincoln did not have experience leading teams and yet no one questioned his leadership.

 Thank you, Musa, Kingsley, Mary, & others who sent pictures. Some of the younger attendees Mary A heavenly view Small groups looked at a portion each of Matthew 8&9. It was part of Lesson #5. We did a fly-over of Matthew 5-10, looking at how Jesus interacted with those He was training to lead, so that we could learn. I was very impressed with the 4 groups' observations. Thank you, so much to the ZBA for this kind gift. For the attendees' attention, participation, and praise time that began each session. I slept well in the guest room. I enjoyed the food. It was a great experience.

  Message #5, I Am Here to Follow So That I Can Lead Written two weeks ago in SC: “I figure at this time, at the end of a long day of sessions, the theme of this conference takes on new meaning. “Why Am I Here?” 😊 I brought my airplane hat. In this session we are going to fly over a section of scripture to observe some principles from the life of Christ that are essential for us to understand if we are going to grow in the area of leadership.
